MSC Full-Assessment: Fiji Albacore Longline Fishery Fiji

Description of Project:
The Pacific Islands Forum Fisheries Agency (FFA), on behalf of the Fiji Tuna Boat Owner’s Association (FTBOA), engaged an accredited certifying body to undertake an MSC full-assessment of FTBOA vessels operating in the Fiji domestic albacore longline fishery.


Services Provided:
Poseidon has supplied a fisheries specialist to undertake the Principle 2 (Ecosystem) elements of the assessment.
