Review of Severn Estuary area to inform Devon and Severn IFCA England

Description of Project:
This research presented an overview of the available information relative to the Severn Estuary area of the Devon and Severn Inshore Fisheries Conservation Authority (IFCA), providing essential management insight for further research planning and development of regional fishery management plans.

The study was primarily desk based collating, reviewing and summarising available data and research material in relation to the Severn Estuary area of the Devon and Severn IFCA. In conclusion a gap analysis was undertaken of the evidence, relative to the expected research and data requirements of the IFCA in the Severn Estuary area, in order to broadly identify key areas of future work.
