Description of Project:
Working under the direction of the FFA Devfish II programme, Poseidon worked with Pacific Island countries to assist in the strengthening of compliance systems. Amongst other things, Poseidon assisted in the development of IUU NPOAs, formulation of Standard Operating Procedures, Risk analysis and Cost Efficiency Analysis. Countries covered under this study included Fiji, Solomon Is, Kiribati, Micronesia, Marshall Is, Nauru, Papua New Guinea and Vanuatu.
