Long-term Strategy and Business Plan for PERSGA Regional

Description of Project:
Development of a long terms strategy for the regional management of marine and coastal conservation, including a Business Plan for PERSGA, a Jeddah-based organisation responsible for advocating good practise and providing regional co-ordination.

Services Provided:

Poseidon initially prepared a strategy plan through intensive consultations with PERSGA and its stakeholders. Following this, a detailed business plan was prepared to support ongoing organisational development and fund raising efforts.
