Description of Project:
Based on Poseidon's Concept Note for a FAO project to address some of the key problems and needs in human capacity development in Sub-Saharan Africa, these subsequent Concept Notes provides a rationale and justification for a complementary initiative to assist policy makers in selected developing countries in Sub-Saharan Africa and Latin America to respond to current and emerging changes and challenges in the fisheries sector, which require new policy content and processes.

Preparation of two concept notes, including a project rational, objectives, implementation means and outline financial requirements.
