Description of Project:
Poseidon staff led a supervision and implementation support mission for a $40 million 5 year IFAD loan/grant, for a Coastal Community Developent Project working in 12 districts across Indonesia. The CCDP supported value-chain development of fisheries related products, as well as improvements in resource management. Poseidon provided guidance on project implementation arrangements, assessed progress in achieving outputs and objectives, and assisted with the preparatory work needing to be completed prior to a Mid Term Review
