Application of EU evaluation criteria to identified structural initiatives in non Objective 1 Northern Ireland, following the application of the specific sector (fishing vessels, processing, port development, marketing and aquaculture)SWOTs.

Services Provided:
Poseidon / RBL conducted interviews and orchestrated sector challenges of specific issues in order to outline evaluation issues. The process subsequently assisted in identifying structures programmes, indicators, and expenditure monitoring requirements.
