Description of Project:
To inform EMFF implementation 2014-2020, DG MARE sought an evaluation of cessation schemes funded under EFF.

Services Provided:

Poseidon led a consortium team to cover case studies in nine countries involving interviews with MS authorities and surveys of vessel owners. Analysis, including counterfactual evaluation was undertaken to establish the impact and value for money of cessation measures.
