Description of Project:
Poseidon prepared a concept note providing justification for, and an outline of, a single Mediterranean region project, to replace four ongoing FAO FIRF projects in the Mediterranean region. The concept note: identified potential beneficiaries; itemised needs to be met by the project and key lessons learned from previous experiences; considered project objectives, outcomes, outputs and activities; discussed implementation arrangements; listed possible project risks; and discussed potential project results and benefits in terms of effectiveness, efficiency, relevance, coherence, relevance, and sustainability.
