Framework contract for the organisation of conferences, workshops, seminars and other events on the CFP, the Integrated Maritime Policy and the EMFF European Union

Description of Project:
EU Integrated Maritime Policy (IMP) and Common Fisheries Policy (CFP), either by itself or in collaboration with Member States. The objective of the events is to help explain, promote, implement and develop the Integrated Maritime Policy and Common Fisheries Policy, as well as raise public awareness of the objectives, issues and initiatives in these areas.

The contracted service provider is in charge of the overall organisation of events on behalf of DG MARE (successful preparation, implementation and follow-up). The contractor has full responsibility for all logistical aspects linked to the preparation and successful organisation of the events, as well as potential follow-up (e.g. drafting and distribution of minutes, etc.).

Services Provided:

Poseidon provided technical experts to assist with the design, implementation and write-up of the conferences. This includes designing and developing conference agendas, identifying and selecting speakers, assisting chair and facilitate break-out groups, and preparing the official proceedings for distribution on the DG Mare website.
