As part of the design process for the World Bank/EC V Fisheries Project, an expert in project prepration contributed to a World Bank and FAO Investment Centre team preparing the project.

Services Provided:
Poseidon was responsible for the prepration of the Project Implementation Plan, specifying project objectives, responsibilities, implementation arrangements, timeframes, monitoring and evaluation indicators, etc
