Description of Project:
The consortium Poseidon (Europe) - F&S completed this assignement within the multiple framework service contract in cascade for Better regulation related activities on Sustainable Fisheries Partnership Agreements (SFPAs) (MARE/2021/OP/0001).

The purpose of this specific contract was to provide the European Commission (EC) with an independent ex-post evaluation of the implementing Protocols to the 2008 Fisheries Partnership Agreement (FPA) notably for the period December 2016 - July 2018 and August 2018 to date and an ex-ante evaluation of a potential new Sustainable Fisheries Partnership Agreement and implementing Protocol (SFPA) after the current one expires on 31 July 2024.

Services Provided:

A Poseidon Director carried out the quality control of the work and contributed punctually to the evaluation led by F&S.
