Description of Project:
Application of EU evaluation criteria to identified structural initiatives in non Objective 1 England, following the application of the specific sector (fishing vessels, processing, port development, marketing and aquaculture) SWOTs.

Services Provided:
Poseidon / RBL conducted interviews and evaluated sector responses in the light of usual evaluation benchmarks. The process subsequently assisted in identifying structures programmes, indicators, and expenditure monitoring requirements.
