Final evaluation of the WPPG sustainable aquaculture grant programme Indonesia

Description of Project:
The Walton Personal Philanthropy Group (WPPG) has been running a grant programme to support suitable aquaculture practices in Indonesia since 2018, ending in mid-2020. This USD six million programme has seen the award of around 15 grants to innovative practitioners who are looking to develop means of reducing the environmental impact of coastal aquaculture in East java, Bali, Lombok and NTT.

Services Provided:

Poseidon conducted a final evaluation over the last six months of the two year programme in order to focus the final grant spending, provide an exit strategy and develop communication tools on lessons learned.
