Expert witness in assessing claims for loss of access to the UK fishing regime over a period of 10 years, specfically responsible for advice on policy and financial loss.

Services Provided:
Supervision of other experts dealing with general cost issues. Assessment of losses included the following segments:

Hake long liners

Hake, monkfish and megrom bottom trawl

Hake gill netters

Distant water loligo and whitefish vessels fishing off the Falkland Islands
