Description of Project:
Research study to determine what environmental variables should be included in EU member state data collection programmes to cover the relationship of fisheries and aquaculture with the environment.

Services Provided:
Recommendations were made to the EU Scientific, Technical and Economic Committee for Fisheries (STECF) for their review by the end of 2003. Led by Poseidon, project partners included both the Universities of St. Andrews and Newcastle and MegaPesca of Portugal.
