Description of Project:
The assignment is for an FAO project that has as main objective to show producers in Asia how to customise their production according to the EU consumers’ requirements and preferences.

The terms of reference are to create visual database for value-added tuna products and aquaculture products, namely: tilapia, pangasius and warm water shrimp that are consumed in the EU.
This project is being implemented by Eurofish in Denmark.

Services Provided:
Poseidon assembled an array of 25 value added-tuna products and 40 value-added warm water shrimp products from a variety of UK supermarkets. These were categorized, the labels photographed and their details recorded according to a standard template.
