Description of Project:
Poseidon provided an economist and investment analyst to undertake an evaluation of fish processing investments and their interdependent purse seine and longline fleets. The work provided support to the develoipment of a fee incentive schedule that took account of onshore benefits, along with competitive disadvantages associated with SE Asian production clusters.
