Description of Project:
The Ministry of Trade in Indonesia wanted to prepare an export competitiveness programme, covering a number of key sectors, including shrimp.

Services Provided:
Poseidon provided specialist shrimp sector inputs to an IFC/FIAS project supporting the Ministry of Trade. Key issues/constraints to shrimp exports were identified using value-chain analysis, and practical strategies, policy changes, and marketing actions were all specified, along with related time-bound responsibilities and indicators.
