Description of Project:
The work was required to identify if a proposal for upgrading a commercial fishing compound and proposal for a new boat launching slip way was economically viable, and to prepare the business case used to support capital funding applications to the European fisheries Fund (EFF) and the local Regional Development Agency, Yorkshire Forward (YF).
