Description of Project:
Review of sales regimes as applied in UK, France, Denmark, Spain and Benelux countries and examination of price variables between UK and European fishing ports.

Services Provided:
The study comprised extensive interviews of port personnel, processors and fishermen that focused on the strengths and weaknesses of existing selling and handling systems.
