Description of Project:
Project Aims: to conduct a cost-benefit analysis to inform the decision on the course of action to be taken in response to the arrival of Dv. The cost-benefit analysis should consider the three management options, which are:
Option 1 – Do nothing.
Option 2 – Attempt eradication of Dv at Largs/Fairlie.
Option 3 – Containment and management of Dv to limit detrimental impacts.


Services Provided:
Poseidon staff were responsible for the project management and undertook the bulk of the analysis and writing, with advice from other team members from Hambrey Consulting and SAMS.
